Archive Sale Return Policy

All items purchased during the Archive Sale are final sale. This means they are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

Shipping Policy

Please note: During Archive Sale periods, shipping may take up to 10 business days to dispatch due to high order volumes.

Australia

• Express shipping via Australia Post: 1–5 business days
• Important: If you choose to have your parcel left unattended at your premises, we are not liable for any loss or theft once delivery has been made.

Sydney Only

• Same Day Delivery available for orders placed before 11 AM, Monday to Friday.
• Note: Availability of this option can be confirmed in your shopping cart at checkout.

International

• Shipped via DHL International Express: estimated delivery 5–10 business days.
• Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient. Charges vary depending on your country. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
